TRUSTEES AND OTHERS |

The five Trustees who run BCT on
behalf of the local community are elected by the local members of
the Trust, which is everyone on the Electoral Registers for
Birse parish. |
| The Trustees have themselves to be
local members of the Trust and, under BCT's constitution, at least
one of them has to stand down each year at BCT's AGM in May, so
that there is on-going scope for new Trustees to be elected to help
run the Trust. |
