| Induction Package for Project Managers. |
| A compilation of various BCT documents along with a paper on the Trust’s expectations of project managers which will be issued to each new contracted individual. Contains a copy of the general contract to which is added a document giving details of the specific duties of the individual contractor. To be issued along with a copy of Health& Safety and Emergency Procedures Manual. |

| Role, Job Description & Induction Package for a Trust Co-ordinator. |
| As the result of a ‘walking the job’ exercise, documents were produced which define the suggested role for a Trust Co-ordinator and outline Job Description. In addition an Induction Package in the form of a Co-ordinator’s Manual was compiled which would form the basis of an induction programme for the contractor. |

| Health & Safety Policy & Emergency Procedures. |
| A manual produced as the result of a revision of BCT’s procedures with regard to Health & Safety and the handling of Emergencies. To be issued to all who undertake work for the Trust |

| A report on the current position in BCT’s area with regard to Social Housing requirement and provision with recommendations as to the potential for the Trust to be involved as a Social Housing provider. |
