BCT manages several other important local sites on behalf of the community, in addition to Forests and Woodlands and the water-powered Finzean Wood Mills.

These other sites include the historic Birse Kirk, Corsedardar with the parish War Memorial and other stone monuments, Birse Community Hall, Finzean Old School with BCT’s offices and the Parish Archive and the ‘time capsule’ Ballogie Souter’s Shop.

BCT also carries out a wide range of site based and parish wide natural heritage and cultural heritage projects as part of its work to promote the local common good and deliver wider public benefits.
