Heritage Sites

BCT manages several other important local sites on behalf of the community, in addition to forests and woodlands and the water-powered Finzean wood mills.

These other sites include the historic Birse Kirk, Corsedardar, which is the site of the parish War Memorial and other stone monuments, Birse Community Hall, Finzean Old School and the Parish Archive Building, as well as the remarkable time-capsule of Ballogie Soutar’s Shop.
